2026 rates

As standard, minimum two-night stay (we sometimes open up one-night stays, this will be reflected in the booking search). Price per cabin/space per night. 

Original cabins, Del Fryn, Gwynfa and Noddfa: £70-75/night
Private kitchens and shower rooms a few steps away. Storage porches for bikes & gear. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under). Base sheets provided; extra bedding available or bring your own.

Ensuite cabin, Arosfa: £79-84/night
Self-contained Arosfa has an ensuite shower room and kitchenette. Asgard 2 bike locker behind cabin. Max 2 adults and 1 child (15 and under). Base sheets provided; extra bedding available or bring your own.

Original cabin, Bodlawen (no kitchen): £65-67/night
Bodlawen does not have a full kitchen. In the cabin is a mini fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee/sugar. Private shower room a few steps away. Storage porch for bikes & gear. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under). Base sheets provided; extra bedding available or bring your own. Ideal for booking with other cabins for larger groups.

Campervan space: £35/night
Small vans only - max 5M. With electric hook-up, shower room, outdoor seating and an outdoor sink area for drinking water, washing up etc. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under).

Booking discounts

Booking discounts are automatically applied. If you have a promo code, you can enter this once you've selected dates and are ready to book.

  • Book 3+ nights and save 10%
  • Midweek saver: save on Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday night bookings (not
    including school holidays).

Booking extras

Don't forget to add any booking extras, if required:

  • Bedding: £3/bed - double duvet and 2 x pillows with cotton covers, per bed (the cabins have a small double bunk bed so if using both beds, you'll need to add two). Base sheets always provided.
  • Towel: £2/towel - bath towel hire.
  • Firewood: £8/bag - a mixed bag of hard and soft wood logs for use in the shared fire pit, the pizza oven or Arosfa's fire bowl. Comes with natural fire lighters and kindling.
  • EV charging: we have a Project EV twin charger. To use this, please select this extra when booking. You'll get an email invite to use the charger. In app charges apply. Ideal for overnight charging.
  • Pets: no charge for pets, please just let us know if they are coming with you. Max 2 per cabin.

Arrival information

The Roost is contactless, self check-in. You will be sent an arrival information email a few days before your stay with access codes for the site, cabin/s etc.

Guest guidelines

To help keep things safe and relaxing for everyone, the following guidelines apply to all guests:

  • Quiet hours: 22:00–07:30
  • Campfires: Only in the main firepit or the firepit outside Arosfa/Kitchen 3
  • BBQs: Clean after use
  • Smoking/vaping: In the car park only
  • Breakages or issues: Let us know so we can fix or replace things promptly
  • Dogs/pets: Very welcome! Please pick up after them, keep them off the beds, and be mindful of other guests (poop bags in the guest store)
  • Before you leave: Tidy up – wash dishes, empty bins, and leave loos in good shape.
