Booking discounts

Booking discounts are automatically applied. If you have a promo code, you can enter this once you've selected dates and are ready to book.

  • Book 3+ nights and save 10%
  • Book 5+ nights, save 10% and get free bedding/towels
  • Sun to Wed night saver: save on Sunday to Wednesday night bookings (not
    including school holidays).

2025 rates

As standard, minimum two night stay (we sometimes open up one night stays, this will be reflected in the booking search), price per cabin/space per night. 

Original cabins, Del Fryn, Gwynfa and Noddfa: £68-75/night
Our 'original' self-catering cabins with in-cabin bike storage and separate/private shower rooms and kitchens. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under).

Ensuite cabin, Arosfa: £79-84/night
Arosfa has a kitchenette and a bike store at the rear of the cabin. Max 2 adults and 1 child (15 and under).

Original cabin, Bodlawen (no kitchen): £63-65/night
Bodlawen does not have a full kitchen. See cabin description for more info. One of our 'original' cabins with in-cabin bike storage and a separate/private shower room. No kitchen. Ideal for booking with other cabins for larger groups. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under).

Campervan space: £35/night
Vans max 5m long. With electric hook-up, shower room, outdoor seating and an outdoor sink area for drinking water, washing up etc. Max 2 adults and 2 children (15 and under).

Booking extras

Don't forget to add any booking extras, if required:

  • Bedding: £3/bed - double duvet and 2 x pillows with cotton covers, per bed (the cabins have a small double bunk bed so if using both beds, you'll need to add two). Base sheets/mattress protectors are always provided as standard.
  • Towel: £2/towel - bath towel hire.
  • Firewood: £8/bag - a mixed bag of hard and soft wood logs for use in the fire pit and pizza oven, comes with natural fire lighters and kindling.
  • EV charging: we have a Project EV twin charger. To use this, please select this extra when booking. We'll add you to the Project EV system and you'll get an email invite to use the charger. In app charges apply. Ideal for overnight charging.

Arrival information

The Roost is contactless, self check-in. You will be sent an arrival information email a few days before your stay with access codes for the site, cabin/s etc.

Roost rules

While at the Roost please be considerate towards the other guests and our neighbours.

  • Quiet between 22:00-07:30.
  • Only use the fire bowl for campfires.
  • Clean BBQs after use (use the outdoor sink).
  • Smoke/vape in the car park only.
  • Tell us about breakages, missing items or things not working so that we can replace/fix them.
  • Dogs are v welcome but please pick up after them and don't let them on the beds. Poop bags can be found in the guest store.
  • Please leave the Roost in a clean/tidy state (washing up done, bins emptied, loo respectable etc).
