2024 Pricing

As standard, minimum two night stay (we sometimes open up one night stays, this will be reflected in the booking search), price per cabin/space per night. 

  • From £69/night - Del Fryn, Gwynfa and Noddfa (max 2 adults and 2 children)
    • Our 'original' cabins with in-cabin bike storage and separate but private shower rooms and kitchens (fyi, kitchens 1 + 2 can be opened up to make one big kitchen. These are assigned to Del Fryn and Gwynfa).
  • From £79/night - Arosfa (max 2 adults and 1 child)
    • Our ensuite cabin with kitchenette, bike store next to the cabin.
  • From £109/night - bigger group option (max 4 adults and 4 children)
    • Cabins Del Fryn + Bodlawen with one kitchen and one shower room. To book this option, select Del Fryn and the larger group option.
  • £35/night - campervan space
    • With hook up and shower room. Outdoor seating is available and access to a sink with drinking water. Vans max 5m.

Booking extras

  • £3/bed - double duvet & 2 x pillows with cotton covers per bed (the cabins have a small double bunk bed so if using both beds, you'll need to add two). This small charge goes towards laundry costs. Base sheets/mattress protectors provided as standard.
  • £2 - bath towel hire.
  • £8/bag - a mixed bag of hard and soft wood logs for use in the fire pit, comes with fire lighters and kindling.
  • EV charging - we now have a Project EV twin charging point. To use this, please select this extra when booking and we will send you a link via email inviting you to use the charger. Charges apply. Ideal for overnight charging.

Pre-booking and full pre-payment via this website and freetobook or AirBnB is essential. No cash/payment on arrival.

Arrival information

The Roost is contactless, self check-in. You will be sent an arrival information email a few days before your stay with access codes for the site, cabin/s etc.

Check out by 11:00

Roost rules

The main thing is being considerate to other guests and our neighbours but also:

  • QUIET - keep the noise right down between 22:00 and 07:30. We’re a small site in a residential area. If you’re leaving early, please do so quietly.
  • FIRE PIT - please only use the fire pit for camp fires.
  • BBQS - please take care when using the bbqs and clean after use.
  • NO SMOKING/VAPING - in or around the cabins or shared areas. Please only smoke/vape in the car park and dispose of fag butts.
  • CLEANING - we don't charge cleaning fees and expect guests to leave the Roost in a reasonable state (washing up done, bins emptied etc). If any areas are left overly dirty we may ask you to pay a cleaning fee for the excess work.
  • BREAKAGES - please let us know of any breakages or things not working so that we can replace/fix as required.
  • DOG OWNERS - please pick up after your pooch. Poo bags are provided as you come into the site and there's a poop bin just outside the Roost gates on the Taff Trail.
  • BIKES - please dismount your bike in the car park and walk it through to your cabin. Please give it a wash before hanging it up too.
