What we provide

All cabins have the following:

  • 4ft-wide small double bunk bed – spacious for one, cosy for two
  • table with four stools/seats
  • heating, lighting, and power points with USB sockets
  • base sheets and mattress protectors (additional bedding available to hire)

Arosfa, our ensuite cabin, also has:

  • ensuite with loo/loo roll, electric shower, body wash, sink, hand towel and hand wash
  • kitchenette with small fridge, kettle, microwave, single induction hob, pans, crockery etc
  • Asgard cycle locker for two bikes (H: 1165, D: 1938, W: 898mm)
  • BBQ/firepit with tools.

Del Fryn, Gwynfa and Noddfa also have:

  • in-cabin storage porch for bikes etc
  • separate, private well-equipped kitchens and shower rooms
  • Kitchen 3 (Noddfa) has its own BBQ/firepit with tools

Bodlawen also has:

  • Bodlawen does not have a kitchen. In the cabin there is a mini fridge, crockery, cutlery, kettle, water jug and tea towels
  • in-cabin storage porch for bikes etc
  • a separate, private shower room
  • the outdoor sink can be used for drinking water and cold water washing up
  • BBQ with tools.

The kitchens have:

  • Sink with washing up liquid, handwash, anti bac spray, washing up brush, scrubbie and tea towels
  • Full size fridge with ice box (Arosfa has a small fridge)
  • Two ring induction hob (Arosfa has a single induction hob)
  • Microwave, kettle and toaster (no toaster in Arosfa)
  • Pots, pans and utensils
  • BBQ tools
  • Crockery, cups, glasses and cutlery
  • Cafetiere
  • Refuse/recycling bins
  • Cleaning equipment
  • A small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and sunflower oil.

In each of the private, key code lockable shower rooms:

  • A lovely hot shower
  • Shampoo/shower gel
  • Washbasin with handwash
  • Hand towel and bath mat
  • Loo and loo roll
  • Shaver point
  • Mirror
  • Hooks and a bench
  • Heater
  • Antibac spray and cleaning cloths.

Plus, there’s also:

  • Car parking (one space per cabin; if you need more please ask)
  • Twin electric vehicle/EV charging point (pre-registration required so please let us know if you wish to use it)
  • A bike wash with cleaner and brush
  • A Turvec bike maintenance stand with tools
  • Outdoor sink
  • Guest store and honesty shop - here you'll find spare bin bags, dog poop bags, games etc plus some basics/treats to buy
  • Recycling/refuse area
  • Various BBQs
  • A wood fired pizza oven
  • Drying room and washing lines with pegs
  • Fire bowl (firewood can be provided as an extra, see booking extras)
  • Free WiFi that reaches most areas of the site but can't be guaranteed.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Duvets/sleeping bags and pillows if not added as an extra
  • We do not provide bedding for the single camp beds in the original cabins so you'll need to bring a pillow and sleeping bag
  • Towels if not added
  • Food and drink
  • Charger
  • Charcoal for the BBQ (also available to purchase from the guest store)
  • Fire wood for the fire bowl/pizza oven (available to purchase).

Booking extras

You have the option to bring your own bedding, towels etc or pay a small amount and we will provide. The following are therefore available as optional extras:

  • £25/1 hour private sauna session - for the perfect end to an awesome day, you can now add a session in The Roost’s new sauna space with your stay. Once booked, you'll get a calendar link to choose your time slot. Max 6 people. Adults only. Terms and conditions apply.
  • £3/bed - base sheets provided. This extra is for 1 double duvet & 2 pillows with cotton covers per bed. If using both beds in cabin add 2. If using extra single camp bed, you'll need to bring a sleeping bag/pillow.
  • £2/bath towel hire - add for each bath towel you wish to hire. Small hand towels are provided as standard in the shower rooms.
  • £8/bag - a mixed bag of locally sourced kiln dried hard & soft firewood logs for use in the communal fire pit, pizza oven or Arosfa's or Kitchen 3's fire bowl/bbq. Comes with natural fire lighters & kindling.
  • EV charging - we have a Project EV twin charging point. To use this, please select this extra and we will send you a link via email inviting you to use the charger. Charges apply. Ideal for overnight charging.
